There is a 3rd Revised Edition (2024) by Santosh Kumar & Gagandeep Kaur (Whitesmann Publishing), which is significantly expanded (~800 pages) and includes topics like deepfakes, fintech crimes, revenge porn, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, etc.Multiple sources confirm the 4th edition was released in 2021, and up to mid‑2025 there is no verified updated edition dated 2025 by the same authors or publisher.Recent competing or expanded titles from other authors (e.g. Cyber Crimes & Laws – 3rd Revised Edition 2024 by Whitesmann, Dr. Santosh Kumar & Dr. Gagandeep Kaur) exist but are not the same work
